McCain and Palin
I would never support a man that considers abortion the way to go if you "get in trouble." He believes in out right murder (if abortion is not murder enough) of infants born alive from failed abortions. I am a Christina therefore I believe abortion is wrong. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BYRpIf2F9NA&feature=related

I also do not believe in redistribution of my wealth. Get you butt out and get a job. If you are not satisfied with what you make then get an education r further the education you have. I am tired of handouts to people that don't need it. The people that need help, namely the elderly, never get help. Is he going to redistribute what he makes? NO!!
I will vote for someone that mirrors my beliefs. I will vote for someone that is of the Christian faith not muslim. If you don't think he is muslim then you need to become educated and watch some of the words that he has used in his speeches.
I do not support socialized medicine. If you think people don't get treatment now you just wait. If you are over a certain age you no longer qualify for many surgeries and treatments. Under socialized medicine you will be treated for cancer, but when your number is called for treatment (months after diagnosis) the cancer will have spread. It will be too late. Many hospitals will be closed down. You say no that can't happen. There is already not enough beds. Well when you are sick you will have to just wait for an open bed. Many health care workers will lose there job. Why do you think we have so many Canadian nurses working in the United States?
I do not want to live in a socialist country. Why did my ancestors fight for our freedom? They will have died in vain.
These are just a few reasons why I am voting for McCain.
***Warning**** If I don't like any comments made against what I have said I will erase them. This is my time to voice my opinion.

I took the challenge on 10/14/08...
I did not get pictures of Brianne helping, but she did help with getting the cookies ready to go in the oven. She has a love for raw cookie dough. Now everyone that reads this needs to get crazy and take the Christine Challenge.

Visit to Heart of Dixie Railroad Museum in Calera
A Busy Few Weeks
We have problems. This is typical Brianne in the time out corner. She loves it, and she will sometimes put herself in the corner. YIKES! Back to the drawing board for some type of punishment for Brianne.
On September 23 we celebrated Lee's birthday. Tyler thought he needed a kid themed birthday cake. Now what adult doesn't like a Nemo birthday cake? After we had a piece of cake Tyler told his dad that his birthday party sure was fast.
Note to self never buy a paint project from a dollar store. The paint is sure to be old and dry. Tyler enjoyed painting the ornaments, and luckily we had paint left over from a previous project.

Last Trip to Gatlinburg for 2008
We took them to a Rainforest zoo. I call this animal a goat, but obviously there are people that want to call it an African goat. At firs Tyler would not touch it, but when Brianne ran up to it and started hugging (she tried to kiss it, YUCK) it he warmed to the idea. There were many types of birds and reptiles. There were so many snakes that I had very few places in the building that I could open my eyes. I am terrified of snakes. They even had cobras, and I personally think that is a dumb idea. I wish snakes would have become extinct like the dinosaurs.
We went on much faster rides than this, and when we finally made it to this ride Brianne seemed bored. Go figure.
We saw turkey, deer, and wild hogs at Cade's Cove. I know these are all animals we could see at home.
OK since a couple of you noticed it and commented, I will put one picture of me on the blog. I don't like cameras when they are pointed at me.
We became brave and decided to let Brianne try this ride. The ride attendants were so nice and said that they would always stop the ride if a child does not like it. Well she did not, and we got off. Personally I was relieved because I did not like it. The workers are so nice at Dollywood. The majority are retired 65+ and just love being around kids.
We were on our way to the Magic show. She is holding the brochure for the show. She would not go to sleep each night without it. Of course we will stand on our head if that is what it takes to get her to go to bed. The whole reason we went to the magic show is the tiger. It ended up being a very good show, and we would recommend it to anyone who is in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, TN area. My baby is getting so big. Look at her long legs. She is so tall for 2.
Here is the tiger that Brianne lovingly calls Mac Mac. She wanted to get in the cage with it and cried hysterically when we left. Before anyone says "that poor animal," I would like to say he is very well cared for. He lives at a zoo with his trainer when he is not at the show. He was so affectionate with the trainer. The trainer told us about her experiences with the cats she trains. She also told us about a sanctuary in TN that houses 200 big cats. What a giving and loving person to take on such a large responsibility. Please go and visit their site. www.tigerhaven.com
We managed to take a couple of days and just to relax and picnic in the park.
Did I mention that I got pulled on the stage at the magic show? I bet you would love to see one of the pictures Lee took of me. Sorry!
