February Madness

Our house just gets crazier and crazier. Wyatt can destroy a house like no one else. Bailey is in a phase where she likes to copy everything Wyatt does. Double the toys and food thrown around....
The first part of the month Wyatt and Bailey decided that every time we turned our backs they would sneak upstairs to Tyler's room. We know they are up there when we here running over our heads.
Wyatt caught in the act up in Bubba's room. He goes up there, turns on the TV, and makes himself at home.
Did I mention that Bailey decided to dismantle our rocking chair?
It is very tiring when one is reeking this much havoc on someone's house. Please note the stained carpet. They have destroyed the carpet in our bedroom from all the throwing up they do.
Of course they got balloons for Valentine's day. You will find an absence of Tyler and Brianne for most of February, and that is due to them getting sick and having to stay in the back of the house away from the babies.

What?! Your children don't wear your pasta strainers on their head?
Wyatt stole one of Tyler's toy guns before they were quarantined. He was happy to keep it till Tyler felt better.
Brianne and Wyatt have a love-hate relationship. They do a great deal of fighting. They fight so much that sometimes Brianne won't even say anything to him, and he will look over at her with a mean look and tell her mine. He will fuss at her in his own little special language. Really she is as much to blame. She treats him as bad as he treats her. He never thinks anything is his fault. He will do something (I will see him doing it) bad and then point at someone and blame it on them. He is often seen pointing at Bailey and saying "Bay" in his authoritative voice.
Everyday for over a week Bailey emptied a pack of wipes. She is amazingly fast at pulling them out of the pack. She was so wet from the wipes one day I had to change her clothes.
Ok so daddy told us "no you are not getting into the shower with your brother and sister." That doesn't include not getting into the bath tub does it? Oh and why are the babies getting the white shirt treatment again? They are sick! Every time they get sick we start putting them in white t-shirts. They throw up so much it is just better to let them throw up on t-shirts.

Isn't it just sweet? Who couldn't love sweet Tyler-man. Both Wyatt and Bailey love him. He is a gentle, loving big brother.
This month Bailey and Wyatt finally got transferred to the new early intervention (EI) program. We only started the process November 28th. Gotta love the government! Wyatt had an EGD due to his vomiting 5-6 times a day. It didn't show anything visually wrong with his stomach. The GI doctor thinks he is having a problem with the function of his stomach. He will now take periactin like his sister. It seems to be helping. We saw the neurologist mid-month and he is please with her progress. I discussed my concerns with Bailey not getting the services she needs. He recommended we call ADAP which gives Bailey access to legal services. I have really seen EI step up and provide services now. LOL It is amazing how mentioning legal services worked for us. This is the last month Bailey will ever get synagis. Now we just hope that when she gets RSV her lungs will be strong enough that she will be OK.

Why Bite Me?

Let me count the reasons why I bite you.

#1 You sit on me.

#2 You stand on me.

#3 You put your smelly feet on me.

#4 You lay on me.

#5 You get on top of me.

#6 You kick me.

#7 You pinch me, hit me, and get in my personal space.

I am patient but after a while I have just had enough. Leave me alone Wyatt. You bully!

Homecoming Week 2012

January 29 started homecoming week at school. Each day they were allowed to dress up in different themes. I think they looked very cute.

Messy Hair Day

Tacky Day

Western Day

When Tyler got home that afternoon we had to have a practice run for the next day's look. Wyatt wanted his hair just like his Bubba's.

Back N Time Day

Tyler's own addition was the bandanna in his back pocket.

Green and White Day
